Exhibitors

Booths for ABIM 2025 can be booked online from April 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to sponsors and existing exhibitors. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as booking is possible.

The 6,800 square metres of Exhibition Hall 4.0 and 4.1 with more than 150 international exhibitors are at the heart of ABIM, where attendees not only meet to do business but to also relax and socialise with an aperitif at the end of the day.

All catering stations are located within the exhibition on both floors. The poster exhibition will be held in Hall 4.0 to attract attendees to this new space added at ABIM 2024. The escalators on both sides of the halls will be open to easily connect the two halls. We are endeavouring to ensure that the visitor frequency is the same on both floors.

Each space between 4 and 21 square metres has a partial shell scheme booth. The package for each booth includes modular walls, power supply, light and carpet and in addition, a conference pass for one person. You may bring your own furniture as this is not included within the stand package. If required, furniture as well as graphics can be ordered from the Congress Center Shop.
